Location: Homebased, covering the South RegionSalary: Competitive salary + bonus and company carContract: Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As a Regional Roadside Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing relationships and stakeholders within the National Highways Vehicle Recovery scheme (NHVR) and FMG's RRRM network. Your main responsibilities include ensuring compliance, performance, and continuous improvement of service provision at the regional level.

You'll be at the forefront of developing key relationships at Regional Operational Centers (ROCs) and Outstations, driving innovation, and sharing best practices at a national level.

About you

  • First of all, you are an experienced relationship manager of VRO's within a fast moving, dynamic and innovative business environment.
  • You have a good work base knowledge of processes and practices operating within the wider recovery industry and RRRM VRO network.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to enable the building of effective working relationships between the National Highways and RRRM VRO network.
  • You have the ability to influence others and an eye for detail to ensure a high standard is consistently delivered. Good commercial understanding with the ability to identify areas of improvement which in turn will have an impact on cost control and service improvement.
